My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with a Black Caribbean lens and a deep respect for lived experience. I specialize in intimacy, belonging, relational repair, reproductive trauma, and the emotional complexities that arise within adult relationships; including love, family, sexuality, and identity.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, their partners, or their communities. In our work together, we explore communication, boundaries, vulnerability, and acceptance, so you can create relationships that feel safe, fulfilling, and authentic.
