As a therapist, I’ll meet you where you are. My areas of practice include depression, loss and grief, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, relationships, family dynamics, career transitions, and work-related stress. Together, we’ll develop a therapy plan that prioritizes your well-being and attends to your experience.
