I am a Clinical Psychologist registered in both BC and Saskatchewan (website: www.drjordanmaile.com) who provides treatment for adults with depression, anxiety, worry, stress, and anger issues. Since I am registered in both BC and SK, I can see clients (virtually) from both provinces. I use primarily cognitive-behaviour therapy or CBT; if you don't know what this, I'd be happy to explain! I understand that it can be challenging to reach out for help, so I try to make the process as straightforward and simple as I can.
