So, you’re here because you want change. Maybe you are desperate for relief, but how can therapy help? Therapy is a process of reconnection. Connecting to yourself, your heart, and to others. When space is held for all parts of you to express themselves and be heard, things that were stuck can begin to move. It’s simple, but it’s not easy- fear and shame can make it so hard to be okay with ourselves and our lives. But you don’t have to do this alone.
I will bring curiosity, warmth, and care to my work with you. My approach is integrative, pulling from Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, EFT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and relational therapy. I prioritize growing awareness in the present moment in order to learn about our patterns.
Healing happens in relationships, so it is important to me that we build an authentic, collaborative connection above all. I value being anti-oppressive, culturally-aware, and trauma informed as a therapist, and I work with people of all backgrounds. If anything here resonates with you, take a chance and reach out.
