I support children, teens, and adults across Ontario who are navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, and challenges with emotional regulation. If you’re living with the impact of difficult experiences, ongoing stress, or emotions that feel hard to manage, therapy can offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what you’re going through. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and informed by evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness. We move at a pace that feels respectful and manageable, supporting meaningful, lasting change over time.

With a background as a Registered Nurse and now a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I bring both clinical knowledge and a down-to-earth understanding of how mental health challenges show up in everyday life. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard, supported, and at ease being themselves in our work together.
