The therapy I provide is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). We work together uncovering the sources of your problem(s) and develop a plan to manage them at the source(s). I can help you increase your ability to understand your own thoughts and feelings and take control over your life.
I'm real and authentic and sensitive to the complexities of life challenges. I meet you were you're at and work with you.
