I work with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and personal growth issues, providing counselling and neurotherapy for depression, anxiety, couples' relationships and professional and academic performance. I specialize in counselling and neurofeedback for individuals, couples and families. I employ a person-centered and emotionally focused approach, supplemented with Gottman Method Couples Therapy, to help couples restore intimacy in relationships. I am trained in the use of neurofeedback for depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADD, and optimizing performance.
Neurofeedback, also called EEG Biofeedback, is a method effectively used to train the brain utilizing computer and EEG technology to help individuals perform optimally and reduce undesirable symptoms.
