I’m inspired to bring my integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed skills in order to support you. You may be struggling with situations in your life that impact your psychological and social well-being; as a counsellor, we can navigate these challenges together and create something that may help alleviate your struggles.
My education and training is rather eclectic: from manual therapy to education and psychology. I may be able to integrate these in order to best support your needs whether you experience chronic pain, stress, anger, anxiety, depression, trauma or hope to have support as you navigate your cultures and identities.
