Struggling is a natural part of being human. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from yourself, your relationships, or your life—it’s often a sign that something deeper needs attention. Parts of you may long for change, while others resist, holding on to old coping strategies like anxiety, self-criticism, or avoidance. These patterns once helped you navigate the world, but they may now be preventing you from feeling fully present, connected, and at peace in your life. Together, we can explore these parts and move toward healing.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. I integrate Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support healing and reconnection to Self.
Seeking support can feel overwhelming and deeply vulnerable. Healing isn’t about "fixing" what’s wrong—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that need care. Together, we’ll explore and nurture the protective parts of you longing for healing. You deserve to access your true self, and I’d be honoured to support you on this journey.
