In my practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are actively looking to work through challenging situations. Whether you are experiencing grief or loss, trauma, or are having trouble coping with the demands of everyday life, counselling with me will involve working toward meaningful, measurable, and sustainable growth. I use a variety of therapeutic and evidence-based techniques to work with my clients along their unique journeys. I take an eclectic and holistic approach to counselling, which includes the use of creative explorations, body movement, mindfulness, and traditional talk therapy. At it's core, my practice is always strengths-based and client centered.
