You struggle with setting boundaries and notice high levels of trauma-related symptoms, including anxiety, depression, grief, or impostor syndrome. You seek relief from painful emotions, flashbacks, and nightmares, and may use addictions to escape from reality. If this is you, rest assured that change is possible, and hope is not lost.
In my practice, I use trauma processing therapies that are evidence-based and proven to be effective. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. I also use somatic interventions that can help you attune to your experience and feel more grounded in your body.
