I have experience in supporting people recovering from trauma, problematic substance use, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My skills provide an eclectic palate through which to engage an individual in creative processes of transformation.
I am a registered social worker (MSW) and have, over the years, developed an eclectic skill set through ongoing training and skill development. Most recently I've completed training in Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Therapy, Expressive Arts Practice, Non-Violent-Compassionate Communication and the Recreation of The Self Model of Human Systems (META Institute).
