I provide individual and couples counselling and therapy for people seeking greater vitality in their lives. Providing services from Powell River, BC, I support people recovering from trauma, problematic substance use, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My skills are an eclectic palate through which to engage an individual in creative processes of transformation.
I am a registered social worker (MSW) and have, over the years, developed an eclectic skill set through ongoing training and skill development. I've completed training in Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy, Expressive Arts Practice, Non-Violent-Compassionate Communication, Gottman Method for Couple Therapy, Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
