Hello! Welcome to Mountain Path Psychology. My name is John and I am happy to see you are looking for counselling services and support for yourself or loved-ones, nicely done! My integrative counselling approach comes from working in both public and private mental health contexts over many years. I enjoy working with all ages and genders but two of my specialties are men's mental health and children/youth/families. I enjoy counselling for anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, relationship conflict, self-esteem, trauma, parenting, school issues, self-regulation, anger, grief and loss, behaviour challenges and overall wellness.
Providing a comfortable and supportive space to explore where you are at without judgement, what you are seeking to change, and guidance with how to get there is a true honour for me to help with. I use an integrated approach with counselling and therapy to provide a best-fit for each client.
I believe all positive change happens with a first step that puts things in motion. I look forward to talking with you and helping with that next step.
