I support people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, relationship conflict, crisis of meaning, and those seeking to reach their full potential in life. I provide Christian therapy that is biblically-based, holistic, strength-based, compassionate, and also informed by social-science. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Social Worker. I draw from my education in clinical psychology, social work, and theology. I have over 10 years of professional experience helping people through the toughest of times, as well, my own lived experiences with overcoming serious life challenges.

I want to help you restore your hope, faith, and strength. As well, help you develop new skills for coping and overcoming adversity. I provide a confidential, therapeutic relationship where you are free and safe to be open and vulnerable as we engage in your journey of healing and goal achievement. I serve adult and youth individuals, couples, and families.
