I strongly believe in the resilience and strength of each individual to find these answers, and I believe that I can be a valuable guide in helping you find these answers. I welcome individuals and couples from all walks of life and backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and non-traditional couples, as well as first-responders and members of the military.
I offer individual counselling to teens and adults for concerns including personal growth, interpersonal difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and more, as well as relationship counselling to couples yearning for deeper connection, better communication, or even to see if they want to remain together.
Each new individual client and couple comes with a story that is unique to them.
