I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. My work spans inpatient, outpatient, and continuing care settings, where I have held both clinical and leadership roles.
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to therapy. My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance use concerns, with a strong focus on building sustainable, long-term recovery. I believe that healing happens not only through insight, but through connection, skill-building, and a renewed sense of empowerment.
Reaching out for support can be difficult, especially when you’ve been managing things on your own for a long time. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what the next step looks like—and that’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out.
