The desire for self-awareness, personal growth, and change often motivates individuals to seek out psychotherapy. I have walked this path of self-exploration with individuals and families for nearly 15 years. My approach is multidimensional and considers physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual facets of human experience. It is trauma-informed and takes into account how our race, gender, sexual orientation, religion and socio-economic status inform our wellness.
My commitment to clients is to empower their personal growth and discovery through a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in trust, acceptance, and non-judgment.
