With a background in psychology and philosophy, my approach focuses on a blend of exploring the big picture questions of life while simultaneously mapping out tangible steps we can take towards meaningful change. I believe in helping clients explore their thoughts, reflect on their experiences, and rebuild their self confidence and sense of purpose.
