Reaching out for therapy takes courage. Life brings many challenges and none of us can face all of these alone. I aim to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to heal and grow. I provide individual and couples counselling & therapy for who are ready to make meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or the lingering impact of trauma, I’ll meet you where you are — with warmth, genuine interest, and respect. For couples, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally.
For individuals, we'll uncover the roots of low mood, anxiety, self-criticism, and disconnection — to help you move toward a more authentic, balanced life. I draw from several therapy approaches — including Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Relational Life, Trauma-focused and Existential methods — so our work fits you, your story, and your goals.
