My practice specializes in men's issues like stress, anxiety, anger, depression, communication in relationships, and a lack of meaning in life.
My counselling style is pragmatic and heartfelt. I'm a straight shooter who's weathered my fair share of storms. I received my MA in Counselling Psychology from UBC and my MD from McMaster University. I have also completed VIUs Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Grad program and work with individuals interested in microdosing.
