I’m Johann (it’s a German name pronounced “Yo-Han”). I’ve been a therapist and manager of clinical practices and health programs. I’ve helped organize and manage counsellors in public organizations and private companies to become more effective at helping clients and patients move toward better health. My clinical practice specialties are in pediatric psychiatry and trauma counselling with teens and young adults. I continue to provide community support working in 2 hospitals. I bring insight, knowledge, and over 30 years of experience in diverse settings to help my clients make positive changes in their lives.

I take a contemporary approach and use time-tested techniques to help you achieve your goals while fostering hope and confidence. I balance the use of proven measurement- and evidence-based processes with an eclectic blend of therapies. I temper this approach with compassion and the knowledge that you are the driver of extent of the changes you want.
