We’re human. And as humans, there will be times where we need the presence of a kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental other to walk alongside us through our struggles, circumstances, and suffering. That’s what my practice is all about: using the gift of the therapeutic relationship to create space for us to explore and experience our emotions in a way that helps us feel empowered to re-write the problem-saturated stories we tell about ourselves into stories that are life-giving, true, and sacred. When it comes to your frustrations, fears, struggles, suffering, and existential questioning, you don't need to walk alone.
As a narrative therapist, I use stories, creativity, and empathic curiosity to help those experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, and existential fear/questioning. I specialize in working with people going through life transitions connected to school, sports, grief, career, and family, and work to process the impact of transitions with grace and kindness.
As exciting as the human experience can be, it's also confusing, heavy, and overwhelming.
