I'm Joey, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) supporting adults coping with anxiety, trauma, mood challenges, eating disorders, and addiction recovery. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in connection and lived-experience. I bring 12 years of sobriety and 8 years of experience supporting adults healing with a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and solution-focused lens tailored to your needs. I'm a therapist and was also a client. EMDR trained.
