I tend to do well with clients who are looking to understand the influence of shame and negative beliefs on their life, and those who'd like to explore how to move towards a better future for themselves. I have over 15 years of professional experience supporting people with issues related to mental health, relationships, and sexual well-being. My approach to therapy is guided by values of harm reduction, RACK, body neutrality, and respect for self-determination.
I typically support clients working on improving their mental health (e.g., anxiety, depression, self-esteem, major life transitions), recovering from past abuse or problematic relationships, navigating ethical non-monogamy and BDSM, exploring their relationship to gender/sexuality, working through grief, and responding to various forms of oppression.
