Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost or stuck in a holding pattern? I offer a safe supportive approach to help you explore the underlying meaning of your concerns regarding anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, loss of meaning, issues around spirituality and addictions. After twenty years of working with people through creativity-based processes as a workshop facilitator and now more recently as a therapist I've seen that the creative process is a living thing in the human psyche and that each of us has deep resources to help us heal. Together we'll rediscover these vital restorative resources within you.
Some of the tools available on this journey include dream work, expressive arts, working with symbols, Jungian based depth work and contemporary approaches from the wider field of psychology including CBT and mindfulness-based approaches.
Sometimes words can't express the depth of what we're experiencing. I have specialized training in giving voice to the "unspeakable" through somatic depth-based approaches. Our work together can lead to increased empathy, the ability to integrate difficult emotions, enriched relational abilities, greater self-confidence and a renewed connection to life-giving vitality.

Explore the numinous wisdom of the psyche and learn how to work with your own dreams within the context of a caring and supportive dream group. Share dreams with each other within a facilitated safe environment. Within the context of a dream sharing group we'll explore experientially some of the main Jungian approaches to working with dreams including taking an alchemical approach, archetypal images, how to work with shadow, the Anima/Animus and the role of the transcendent function.
