I provide a fully open and non-judgemental space where together we explore your life, behaviour, emotions, relationships and how to reduce your unwanted feelings or experiences. I offer an integrative approach with aimed at helping you better connect with your thoughts and feelings. I offer animal assisted sessions with a dog, cats, or mini horses. If you are needing to unpack, process, find clarity, debrief, or gain insight on any aspect of your life, I'm ready when you are. The hardest step is booking your first session, you'll be glad you did.
I have many LGBTQ2 cases which is an area of particular experience both professionally and personally. I work with couples, polyamorous unions and anything and everything in between. I do not impose one set of values or another, but instead I want to know what really matters to you and why, and together explore how it is or isn't working well for you.
I have a diverse set of life experiences that all inform my perspective as a therapist; most of which have taught me things the hard way!
