Help. Her. Heal Group

This 8-week virtual group is developed from the workbook "Help. Her. Heal" by Carol Juergensen Sheets. It is designed for men who struggle with sex addiction and/or who have had extra-marital affairs. It is a step-by-step guide to learn how to have empathy towards the hurt your partner is experiencing. Topics will include: Understanding the impact of the betrayal, learning how to communicate with empathy, and how to help your partner manage triggers. Start date: May 7, 2024.
