About
I am a Registered Social Worker who brings nearly 20 years of clinical experience to support individuals and families who are experiencing various challenges in life. Whether you are in crisis, feel stuck or are up against significant trauma and distress, I strongly believe that we all have the ability to recover and live a fulfilling life.
My areas of expertise include mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety, trauma emotional dysregulation, substance misuse, family conflict and adjustment to loss and stress. I strongly believe in the mind body connection and take a wholistic perspective of a person's well-being.
My clients routinely comment that I provide a warm, authentic and positive presence for self-reflection. It has been a tremendous privilege to witness the strength and resiliency of so many individuals and families over the years - I look forward to partnering with you as well.
