Nature-Based Therapies Training
Are you a counsellor taking clients out for Walk and Talks? Interested in incorporating nature into your counselling practice, but not quite there yet? This training will support you in thinking through the legalities, logistics and ethics of bringing people outside as part of your therapy practice. Jody has been leading nature-based retreats and expeditions for decades and teaches Ecopsychology and Wilderness Therapy at the Graduate level. Don't just 'wing it' and see what happens. Go deep with your clients while building reciprocity with the land and trust in your relationships.

Women's Spring Mini-Retreat
A deep immersive experience for people 45+ (and young old-souls) who identify as women in sex &/or gender. Come to nature and into oneself to mark the rebalancing of the seasons. The spring equinox time marks an important window to slow down, and listen in - honoring your inner truths and gaining clarity on what is to come forth. Through intentional time in nature, guided discovery practices, and community space, you will come away feeling rejuvenated, in balance, and in deeper relationship with yourself, the land and your calling.
