I work with first responders, individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges and birth trauma, adjustment to parenthood, life transitions, relationship challenges and adults carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, early childhood trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss.
My aim is to provide space where healing feels possible, and where you can experience support, safety and room to breathe again.
