I am a registered psychologist in the province of Alberta. I focus on relationship pattern modification, trauma healing, anxiety management, and the grief that comes with life transitions. Trained in EFT, IFS, ACT, the Gottman Method, & Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I focus on supporting growth from the foundation of a safe counselling relationship.
