I provide support and guidance for anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationships. My clients say I am their "safe space." I feel privileged to play that role! I have experience working with adults in various stages of relational and personal development. I am also skilled in working with couples. My approach involves a collaborative process of building a genuine therapeutic relationship, defining goals and values, and addressing obstacles to growth. I use a variety of therapy models, depending on specific needs. I accept you as you are as I join you in your journey.
Registered Psychologist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationships. Trained in ACT, CBT, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman method, & accelerated resolution therapy (ART). Focused on supporting growth & modifying patterns from the foundation of a safe counselling relationship.
“The most functional way to regulate difficult emotions...is to share them” (Sue Johnson). The biggest leap in this process is getting started. I create an environment of acceptance and warmth, which are key ingredients for change. New clients are welcome to take advantage of a free 20-minute phone consultation (meet and greet). Talk to you soon!
