My approach is client-centered, pulling from narrative, emotion-focused, and somatic modalities to ensure holistic care, as therapy is never a one-size-fits-all. I also work from a trauma-informed and feminist lens, ensuring that all of my clients feel safe, respected, and empowered during every session.
