Hi there! I'm Jocelyn (she/they). So glad you're here. My practice focuses on trauma, grief, and 2SLGBTQ+ identity exploration; I also have a particular passion for helping folks find inner resources in times of global crises. Healing can only happen in a safe space, which is why I work so hard to create an environment of authenticity, non-judgment, and warmth. In our work together, your whole self will be respected, validated, and held with great care.

I use a blend of EMDR therapy, parts work, and somatics, all of which look at the connection of mind and body to offer true, holistic healing. I also offer clinical consultation for therapists looking to deepen their practice. In all I do, I commit to centering a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, intersectional framework.
