With over 30 years of experience, I’ve supported individuals and families in acute care and outpatient settings, giving me a deep understanding of both emotional and physical challenges and how to guide clients toward clarity, relief, and balance.
As an RN Psychotherapist, I work with adults carrying emotional weight, whether feeling drained, unmotivated, or struggling with life’s demands.
I support high-performing individuals who seem “fine” on the outside and depleted on the inside. I specialize in parents of children with Autism and other mental health considerations and those struggling with the demands of family life. I also work with caregivers and healthcare professionals, especially nurses facing compassion fatigue or burnout.
Using evidence-based therapy (ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness & trauma-informed care) with nursing insight, sessions are tailored to your unique needs.
