Welcome to my profile! For one reason or another, you may be feeling off-balance or have goals for self-improvement. If this is you, I applaud your initiative and courage to seek assistance. I would be honoured to help you find your balance and achieve your goals. I think every individual is unique, and it is that uniqueness that draws me to want to help you make sense of your neurodiversity so you can function optimally. I use a varied background in teaching, performance, sports, counselling, and psychotherapy training to offer evidence-based therapies/treatment options to support your mental health and wellness needs.
In doing so, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to share your story and explore what may be impacting you. By examining what may be inhibiting you from functioning comfortably, we will collaboratively plan and implement strategies to assist you in reaching your mental health potential; all of which are tailored to your strengths, needs, and goals.
I will help you embrace your strengths while supporting you as you make subtle, long-lasting changes. Whatever has caused this off-balance feeling, did not happen overnight. This will take work. You Are Worth It! I assure you; it will be well worth the time and effort. Let’s journey together to find harmony within and maximize your mental health potential.
