I work with adults who are experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Many of the people I support are capable, responsible individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected after carrying a lot for a long time. I have particular experience supporting those navigating high-pressure roles, rural and agricultural contexts, family and relationship dynamics, grief and loss, and the lasting impact of trauma.
I help by offering a calm, thoughtful, and collaborative therapy space where people can slow things down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and feel supported without being rushed or judged. My work is trauma-informed and evidence-based, drawing on EMDR, ACT, and attachment-focused approaches. I pay close attention to emotional safety.
My clinical practice is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent many years working as an employee and leader in the corporate world, alongside business owners and agricultural producers. I also come to this work as a married mother of adult sons, with a deep appreciation for relationship dynamics.
