My professional path began in nursing, where I developed a foundation in compassion and human care, which naturally led me to explore mental health and relational dynamics.
As an immigrant woman, I bring cultural awareness and lived experience to my work. My approach is systemic and integrative, blending humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative therapies, with the option of including spirituality for those who value a mind-body-spirit connection.
