I specialize in areas of mental health, depression, anxiety, stress , substance misuse and relationships.
I draw from many therapeutic approaches which allows me to tailor my approach to specific needs. These approaches include cognitive behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused and couple/family systems. In my work with people I help them identify their values, skills and strengths to move towards identified goals.
My specialized trainings include Mindfulness Without Borders, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Gottman Level 1 (couples) and Relational Life Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy ,Addictions treatment and Narrative therapy.
