I provide therapy for children and youth who are experiencing a number of life challenges, such as anxiety, stress, trauma or divorce. Children are ideal candidates for early intervention and lasting change is often realized in a short amount of time. In my work with teens, I use a holistic, mindful approach, offering them tools and guidance. Through exploring their life experiences, values and unique strengths, teens develop self-awareness, confidence and self-regulation.
One of my passions is helping parents develop mindfully attuned communication with their children, whether they be toddlers or teens. I work collaboratively with parents offering practical guidance and recommendations to create happier relationships. I work with families of gender dysphoric or transgender youth within a trans-inclusive, safe, caring space.
My focus as a therapist is to connect with you through genuine curiosity and kindness. Together, we get to the heart of what brought you into my office and uncover your innate capacity to heal.
