I am a Registered Social Worker with 29 years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals navigating life’s most challenging moments. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and non-judgemental, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
I work with youth and adults to address trauma (relationship, family, and workplace), conflict (couples and family), anxiety, depression, women’s issues, grief and loss, mental health challenges, and life transitions. Drawing from a foundation of empathy and respect, I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs and strengths.
I have a clinical specialization in individual, couple and family therapy & I am a university instructor of family therapy at the post-graduate level at the University of Saskatchewan. I offer clinical supervision to a variety of mental health professionals.
