My counseling work is informed by various therapeutic modalities as well as by my extensive clinical experiences, but always with a focus on the uniqueness of each individual. Over the years, I have effectively helped many people adjust for better lives - helping them learn the strategies and tools necessary to resolve their difficulties and build on their strengths.
In addition to my private practice, I am also working as a mental health clinician at the outpatient psychiatry department of Toronto Western Hospital/ University Health Network. I have been working there since 2007, and have effectively treated many patients with various mental illnesses such as: MDD, OCD, PTSD, bi-polar, schizophrenia, early psychosis etc.
