I am a Registered clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of counselling experience. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults struggling with Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Depression, and Complex Trauma. I use a range of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches, including: EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT.
In order to better accommodate your schedule, all sessions are available through telephone or video conferencing. I offer flexible appointments in the evenings and on weekends.
