Have you been struggling with anxiety, depression or trauma recovery? Making sense of what you've been through, processing your feelings and expressing your emotions can help you move all the way through them. Having a safe and compassionate space to explore the parts that feel hurt or unresolved can shift how they live in you. With twenty years experience in the mental health field, I offer a mind/body approach that supports healing on multiple levels. Integrating our somatic experience with conscious awareness can restore nervous system balance and encourage the development of a new and rewarding relationship to self.

Having studied various approaches, I draw from a range of tools that can support your unique needs and individual struggles. My training in somatic therapy allows for integration of trauma responses and nervous system reactions that can leave you stuck in states of fight, flight, freeze and fawn. The healing process is organic and moves at your own pace.
