I work with individuals and couples seeking more than surface-level coping. Together, we explore the emotional patterns, past experiences, attachment wounds, and protective strategies that may be keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. My goal is to help you better understand your inner world, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and move toward lasting change with greater clarity, self-trust, and self-compassion.
My clinical approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed. I draw on emotion-focused therapy, internal family systems-informed work, person-centred therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, attachment-based therapy, and other evidence-informed modalities tailored to your needs and goals.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can bring all parts of yourself into the room, including those that feel messy, uncertain, ashamed, guarded, angry, grieving, or hard to name. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. We can start exactly where you are.
