About
Taking New Clients. You've been stressed, worried, but you don't want to burden others. You feel stuck, alone or are afraid of being judged. Do your family or work relationships leave you feeling guilty, frustrated or angry? Drinking or using weed just to cope sometimes? You want a private space to talk without feeling judged, blamed or told you are wrong. You need support and want change. I help adult clients understand their mild/moderate anxiety, depression, work stress and trauma then learn practical skills to cope, and feel relief. Uncovering the roots of these issues is a game changer. Things can get better. Talking helps.
As a Master's level clinician I can help you understand how anxiety, depression, trauma and stress affect every part of your life. We can uncover triggers and stressors before they hijack you, and affect your relationships or your job. You can learn simple, effective coping tools to make you more self aware, feel calmer, in control and communicate better.
It's hard to struggle with worry, stress or trauma alone and you don't have to. Talking with a highly trained counsellor who gets it, and has a fresh perspective on your experiences can bring relief and clarity in ways you never expected. Taking the first step to reach out is brave and scary and I'm here to support you when you do. Things can get better.
