Counselling is a deeply personal journey —a space where you can unpack your experiences and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself. It takes real courage to show up and allow yourself to be vulnerable. Maybe you've been carrying the weight of past wounds for a long time, or perhaps there are parts of you that you've kept hidden out of fear, shame, or simply not knowing where to start. Whatever has brought you here, know that you are welcome—just as you are. Together, we can gently bring those hidden parts into the light, fostering self-compassion and understanding, and make sense of what may be keeping you stuck.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity questions, relationship struggles, or the weight of an inner critic, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can come as you are and feel truly seen. My approach blends somatic attachment psychotherapy rooted in mindfulness, neuroscience, relational work, and embodied healing.
I have the honor of supporting teens and adults on their healing journeys—helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom. Therapy doesn’t always feel good in the moment; it can bring discomfort, doubt, or confusion. But in a safe, trusting relationship, it doesn’t have to feel so alone. Together, we can gently move you toward a lighter, more sturdy you.
