Have you been challenged continuously by same complex or everyday relationship issues and felt depleted and trapped? Has your life been impacted by past trauma, anxiety, depression, or stress, and feel lost and stuck? I have extensive education and trainings, professional expertise, and lived experience to walk you through the rough period and repair relationships with yourself and your loved ones. I am level 3 Gottman Method couple counselling trained. I utilize a wide variety of evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, NeuroSequential Model, and more, to support you regain your sense of being, purpose, peace, and happiness.
Having a master's degree in clinical social work, married for 16+ years, I enjoy working with couples and individuals. I tailor individualized treatment plan and strive to create an accepting space where we can be vulnerable, release distress, share tears and laughters, explore new perspectives, equip with new gears, and plant the seeds of joy and happiness.
