I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I also have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) which is the highest rated couples approach, almost 90% of couples reported significant improvement within 8-10 sessions.
