I provide Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as well as more traditional talk-therapy sessions in person and online. I work collaboratively with clients to develop plans that fit their needs and goals. I provide psychological and psycho-educational assessment services including assessments for learning disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I hold an MA in Family Therapy, PhD in Clinical Psychology, a post-doctoral certificate in School Psychology and a doctorate in Family Law. I have worked as a classroom teacher, behaviour specialist, psychologist, administrator and consultant in BC, California and New York and served on the clinical faculty of Psychiatry at NYU/Bellevue Hospital.
My Burnaby office provides a relaxed, supportive, and collaborative environment with an emphasis on assessment and focused, short-term, evidence-based therapies. I have been licensed and in practice for over 30 years. Call me and we can arrange a time to meet face-to-face.
